the location was exceptionally nice for exploring this shopping area, adjacent to the monument nasional, istiqal mosque and cathedral, and state owned enterprise in oil. the rooms turned out to be nicely furnished and neat with lovely garden view, vast and a good bed.
The staff were very very bad, didn't expect that coming.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and amenities of the one bedroom garden wing room at Hotel Borobudur. The gym at the spa was well-equipped for my cardio and muscular workouts. The sport facilities, including the basketball and tennis courts, were outstanding. The resort experience was complete with the large outdoor pool and comfortable lounge beds in the garden. I also enjoyed the excellent assistance and professional, friendly attitude of bellboy Affan and Putri from the concierge desk.
Although the breakfast at the Bogor Cafe was not up to par when the hotel occupancy was high, the dinner at the in-house Italian restaurant, Bruschetta, was good. The prices for beverages at the lounge, Churchil Wine & Cigar Bar, and the Karaoke place were high, but that is to be expected for a five-star hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, making it convenient to visit local attractions and explore the area on foot. Additionally, it was located near the train station, providing easy access to transportation. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff was helpful and attentive, ensuring a good level of service. The breakfast offerings were diverse and satisfying, catering to different preferences. The hotel also boasted facilities such as a fitness center and recreational area, adding to the overall experience.
One aspect that could be improved is the internet connection, which was problematic and required frequent assistance from the IT department.

Great amenities with spacious pool, tropical gardens, tennis area, and fitness section. Good breakfast options with a mix of continental, Asian, and local food. Friendly staff, but coffee house can get crowded during peak times. Weak internet connection, IT person available during office hours only. Beautiful spa, gym, and green garden with running track and zen space for walks or reading.

The service from the staffs was polite, friendly, professional, warm, sincere. The room in the Garden Wing was surrounded by a beautiful garden with a well-taken-care-of swimming pool nearby. The breakfast had a variety of options, including delicious bakery items. The hotel is centrally located, just beyond the reception desk area and among various government buildings, making it convenient for exploring sites around the National Monument area.
Nothing to complain about at all.
